Many thanks to Phil Ward, as ever, for the music and engineering for this episode.
Here's the sticky note I'm talking about. (It was on a Queen Gertrude monologue from Hamlet.) Funny how these little things can suddenly mean a whole lot. I hope the episode speaks to you. Many thanks for listening!

I don't really use sticky notes. Sure they can stick anywhere you like, they can literally stick with you. Unfortunately they are so small that if wind sweeps them away from you, they are gone for good and so are the things you are trying to recall and not forget. So much about sticky notes. If it's something you really need to document, write it on a notebook. Don't even save it on your phone or computer because we all know if it gets broken it will be very hard to retrieve. So what do you think? Do you agree?

Waking up naturally around sunrise supports mental clarity and energy levels. Irregular sleep patterns, such as late nights or early wake-ups, can disrupt this balance, leading to fatigue, irritability, and difficulty concentrating, emphasizing the importance of a structured sleep routine.

This flexibility is essential for global shopping, as ring sizes vary widely by region. Tools often include visual guides or conversion charts, helping users navigate these differences easily. For example, a size 7 in the US may correspond to a size N in the UK.

A tree stands as a silent contract between humans and nature. In exchange for protection, it offers oxygen, shade, food, and a place for life to gather. Breaking this contract through reckless cutting weakens ecosystems that once worked effortlessly.
