Vitamin A Season
It's pumpkins. Pumpkins are an excellent source of vitamin A. (But not as good as cod liver oil, which tops the list, according to the USDA National Nutrient Database.)
We're busily and giddily creating this year's podcast series, The 13 Days of Halloween - INVISIBLE. Last year, it was a separate podcast show; this year, you'll find it where you find all of our podcasts, at RadioPublic, Stitcher, Spotify, Google and Apple Podcasts, under our very own name (LifeLabNotes).
